TRI MODELS offers the extensive expertise of eight highly trained engineers with over six decades of experience in wind tunnel model design. Our team is also comprised of five quality assurance experts, seven CNC programmers, seven office/management professionals, and more than 60 manufacturing and support specialists who all aim to exceed your expectations. We work closely with your own engineering specialists and maintain close relationships with your technical staff throughout the project.

No one in the industry comes close to the resources, equipment and technology that go into each TRI MODELS project. Our leading-edge machinery includes fully integrated 3,4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines, an electronic discharge machining center, CNC lathes and more. We are capable of working with almost any materials or metals including exotics like Inconel, Niobium, Hastelloy as well as fiberglass and other cold-cure composites. We are constantly evaluating and upgrading our software & equipment as technology improvements enable us to provide the customer with higher quality products as well as reduce cost & schedule. We have a vast array of suppliers and partners that enable us to meet some of the more unique customer requests such as carbon-composites, oven brazing, Thermal Barrier Coating and various types of Rapid Prototyping.
